After only eleven months in his post as personnel manager at Air Namibia Mr Ranga Haikali resigned last Saturday. The prominent union leader cited personal reasons for his decision. According to news reports, Haikali is going to take up a senior position in the private sector. It is not clear if he will become active again in the labour movement.
