The Minister of Basic Education, Sport and Culture, John Mutorwa (left) published his new book on Monday at the National Library. Entitled „Access to Education from 1990 to 2000" the book reflects on the implementation of the „Toward Education for All" policy of the Namibian government. The book was launched by Mr Tjekero Tweya (right), human resources manager of the Social Security Commission. Printed by Gamsberg MacMillan, the book is available at all bookshops and it costs around N$ 60. It is the second book written by Mutorwa. Photo: Brigitte Weidlich
