Plans have been drafted for the proposed electricity transmission lines from the future Kudu gas power station near Oranjemund. The power lines will lead to the Namibian and South African power grids. AS part of the environmental impact assessment (EIA), all interested and affected parties are invited to comment on the proposed routes of the transmission lines and on the accompanying impact report. The report and the maps are available for inspection to the public at the NamPower library in Windhoek near the Government Office park, the National Library in Eugene Marais Street and the Namdeb Library at Oranjemund.
