WINDHOEK OPTICS RAMBLERS

The Premier League is back in action this weekend and Windhoek. Optics Ramblers will be playing at home as follows:

Saturday, 2 April at 14H00: Windhoek Optics Ramblers vs Deportivo Alaves

Sunday, 3 April at 13H00: Windhoek Optics Ramblers vs Starlite Friends

RAMBLERS COLTS

Ramblers Colts are still unbeaten after three games. The last game against FNB was won 3:2 ensuring that Ramblers Colts have now collected maximum points. In a match played under rainy conditions FNB took the lead in the 16. minute. Ramblers Colts equalized in the 33rd minute through Agnelo Diaz. Wieland Klinger and Axel Duwe gave Ramblers Colts a deserved 3:1 lead at half time when they scored in the 42. and 43.minute respectively.

In the second half FNB manged to pull one goal back and the standard of the game deteriorated rapidly as the rain became stronger. Ramblers Colts have now collected nine points and a 10:2 goal average.

WINDHOEK OPTICS LADIES Our female footballers made it to the final of a tournament played over the independence weekend, but unfortuna-tely lost the final 1:2 to Queens from Rehoboth.

The league is set to start on 16 April. HOCKEY

The entire Ramblers hockey section travels to Walvis Bay this weekend for an All Day tournament. Good luck!

No weekly draw was held last Friday due to the public holiday. The jackpot is thus N$ 500 this Friday!
