On Wednesday evening the Swapo-Executive took the decision to suspend the former Deputy Minister Paulus Kapia from all Swapo-duties. Kapia is „no more talking in the name of Swapo". On Thursday, Secretary General Tjiriange informed the "shortest serving" member of Namibia’s Cabinet that he will even have to leave Parliament. "The next person on the party list" is said to move up into the National Assembly. According to PLUS knowledge, this is former Foreign Minister Hidipo Hamutenya.
