Former foreign mnister Hidipo Hamutenya was to be sworn in again as member of parliament on Tuesday afternoon, PLUS heard from reliable sources just before it went to the printers on Thursday. A vacancy existed after the unceremonious resignaiton of Paulus Kapia on 1 November. Hamutenya was the next candidate on the SWAPO party list.
