From the 19.12.2005 the Namibian Sailing Class Championships 2005 will be held in Walvisbay.During the week the events for the different sailing classes will be held.

On the 19.12.2005 and 20.12.2005 the classes will be: Laser and Hobie-Cat 14

On the 21.12.2005 and 22.12.2005 the classes will be: Fireball and Hobie-Cat 16

The Sailing Calender event will start on the 18.12.2005 with the Bell Buoy Race,and close with the annual Offshore race from Walvisbay to Swakopmund on the 26.12.2005.These two races are open to all classes.All spectators and sailors are welcome.

On the 29.12.2005 the Nomads Sailing Club will host an "open day" to all families and individuals who would like to experience sailing.
