The Festival will take place from 12 to 21st May 2006 at five different venues in Windhoek. Wild Cinema once again will feature some of the best of world cinema from recent years. Another feature of the programme will be international films produced in Namibia as well as the works of Namibian film makers such as short movies, documentaries, music videos or even small feature films.

All entries must be filmed in professional digital video (DV) format or higher. Entries must have been produced after January 2005. Each entrant may submit a maximum of two films. Entries will be viewed and chosen by a selection committee. There will be no remuneration for screening of films; Wild Cinema’s aim is to give exposure to the local filmindustry.
