Namibia Post and Telecom Holding Company reported a net profit of 94 million N$ for the 2002 financial year. This translated into a dividend of 7,2 million N$ handed over to the holding company’s sole shareholder, the Namibian government. The board of directors presented the cheque of 7,2 million N$ to works, transport and communications minister Moses Amweelo on Wednesday. Both parastatals managed to make a joint turnover of 1,4 billion N$ in the past financial year.
