The Nest Hotel in Lüderitz is proud to announce that Mr. Chris Isaaks has been appointed F&B Manager as from the 7th of February 2006. The hotel is putting a big focus on the Food & Beverage Department for the next few years.
Chris is going to bring in fresh ideas on the Banqueting and Restaurant aspects of the hotel. He brings a lot of international experience with him and is looking forward to the challenges that have been set out for him. Menus will change; new promotions will take place, making a fusion between traditional fish dishes and modern Namibian cuisine. Chris is eager to let your taste buds sizzle with all his new ideas. The first big day will be Valentines Day, with a real romantic Lunch & Dinner Menu. Don’t be too shocked if you find the menu embracing exotic dishes that will be available only in the Penguin Restaurant at the Nest Hotel. The introduction of "Sundowner Snacks" and "Happy Hour" in the Bar might just become a reality. Why don’t you come and see for yourself? The locals should not be anguished by the fact that there is somebody new; they should rejoice, as Chris will give their taste buds a complete new meaning of sensation.
