It was a rare occasion to see 2 female finance ministers sign an agreement. The special occasion on Friday rounded off a successful tour of a Finnish governmnt delegation with 12 business poeple looking for cooperaiotn and investment in Namibia. Signing the loan were Minister Mari Kiviniemi (L) and her Namibian counterpart, Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila. Part of the money will go into upgrading of medical equipment in state hospitals.
