The third annual Bank Windhoek Coastal Golf Day in aid of welfare at the Rossmund Golf Course last weekend Bank Windhoek received tremendous support from the business community with 30 teams participating. Bank Windhoek organised the day and covered all expenses. Registration fees for the event raised N$46,500 for welfare. Four coastal welfare organisations benefited from the proceeds of the Golf Day. They are the Hope House Refuge for kids in Walvis Bay, the Walvis Bay Multi-Purpose Centre Trust, CHAIN in Swakopmund and the Henties Bay Frail Care Association. The team from North South Trading in Walvis Bay won first prize, including a scenic flight sponsored by Atlantic Aviation.
