Finance minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila was one of the first Namibians to receive her VISA Card with a Namibian serial number on Wednesday. FNB is busy moving cards and accounts of some 7,000 card holders in an effort to "namibianise" the VISA service. This is following legislation of the government to give banking services more of a Namibain identity.
