Ramblers Old Boys will leave on tour for Germany from 25 June till 10 July. The touring party consists of Ralf Behrens and Kirsten Graßmann, Ivo and Sandro de Gouveia, Frank Fredericks, Harald and Conny Hecht, Mark and Helga Kutzner, Hartmut Dennewill, Michael Spangehl, Manfred Schier, Mario Reiter, Gunter and Renate Penzhorn, Butzi, Roswitha and Florian Schulze, Arno Rahn, Carl Heinz Wilhelm Steinfurth, Uwe Wolff and Harald Müseler.

Andreas Angula of Ramblers Striders competed in the prestigious Comrades Marathon in South Africa last weekend and completed the race in 122nd position out of more than 12 000 competitors. This is a phenomenal result indeed!!

Congratulations, Andreas you have made us all very proud!

Our President, Manuel Coelho, was enjoying himself at the Küska last Friday night and vould, therefore, not claim the N$ 450. The jackpot moves to N$ 600 this week in accordance with the new rules.

Remember there will be live World Cup action on TV and Martina Lang will provide a light meal!

On Saturday, 24 June we will show the Germany vs Sweden game on the big screen at 16h00. All soccer supporters are welcome.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the Annual General Meeting of Ramblers will only take place on Thursday, 17 August at 19h00. Please all diarise this important date.

The Ramblers Old Boys - missing on this photo are players like Ivo and Sandro de Gouveia, Hartmut Dennewill and Frank Fredericks. The socal get-together on Sunday brought N$ 340 into the pockets of the Old Boys, when a BMW bag was sponsored spontaneously. Last Sunday, a farewell match was played for the Ramblers Old Boys who will tour to Germany , leaving this Sunday.
