Cabinet approved the following medals for the Namibian Police: the Commendation Medal, the Campaign Medal, the Medal of Honour, the Wound Medal, the Service Medal (10 years service), the Service Medal (20 years service), the Service Medal (30 years service), the Reservist Medal and the President’s Shottist Medal.

Outstanding Decorations and Medals were approved as follows:

the Namibian Police Cross of Honour, the Namibia Police Cross of Bravery, Decoration for Outstanding Meri-torious Service of the Highest Order, Decorations for Outstanding Merito-rious Service and Utmost Devotion to Duty and the Honourable Discharge Medal.
