The Annual Bank Windhoek Golf Day in aid of Welfare will be held on Friday, 15 September 2006 at the Windhoek Golf Club. Bank Windhoek is proud to announce that they have received tremendous support from the business community with a total of 42 teams participating. Through the entrance fees of the participation teams, approximately N$130 000 were raised enabling Bank Windhoek to give support to 6 welfare organizations. The beneficiaries of the proceeds of the day is as follow:

· Okahandja Home-Based Caregivers

· Friendly Haven

· Family Hope Sanctuary

· Venancius Rukero Aids Orphans and Vulnerable Children Foundation

· Rehoboth Community Project

· HIV/Aids Hope village

The amounts that will be donated to each organization will be announced at the Prize giving ceremony.
