CHRISTMAS CUP
Our „last minute“ entry in the league section at the Christmas Cup in Swakopmund at the end of December 2006 was a huge success as Ramblers won the tournament. After winning all four group matches, our team played in the semi-final versus Coldpack and after a 1 – 1 draw, our guys had the better nerves and converted all five penalties. In the final Ramblers competed against SKW and there again we won 4 – 2 on penalties. Our team consisted of a few  first team players, some youngsters from our „Colt“ side and three guest players. Well done coach Tollie and the whole team.

PREMIER LEAGUE
Premier League action resumed last week and our team experienced mix fortune. After winning 3 – 1 versus Orlando Pirates on Friday evening (goals scored by Ali Majidt , Ninja Karongee and Bradley Werman), our team lost Sunday afternoon 2 – 3 versus Black Africa (goals scored by Victor Helu and Bradley Werman). Ramblers are currently third on the log and trailing two points behind log leaders Civics and second placed Tigers. This week we play in Windhoek on Saturday versus Eleven Arrows and on Sunday versus Blue Waters. Watch the press for the kick-off times and venues. We wish the team and their coaches Tollie and Dave all the best of luck.

V.I.P. DRAW
The 4th draw of our V.I.P. club will take place on Friday 26 January 2007 as from 19h00. We hope to see you all there and please RSVP to Ralf ( 081-1222347 ) if you will attend or not. Our Jackpot tonight ( 19.01.) is standing at N$ 300 as Heiko Denker was not last week at the club to claim his N$ 150.

POOL TABLE
As from next week we will have a pool table in our club-house. We hope you will all have fun and please adhere to the rules.
