Telecom Namibia on Saturday, 10th February 2007, from midnight until 06h00 (early morning, 11th February 2007), will carry out software upgrading work on the Keetmanshoop Exchange.
The upgrade work will affect all fixed-line telecommunication services in the Hardap and Karas regions, whose area code number starts with 063xxxxxxx. As such, all customers in the Hardap and Karas regions will not be able to make or receive calls during this period of interruption.
Any complaints or problems that these customers might experience after the planned service interruption should be reported to our Customer Service Centre at 1155 / 1133.
