The under-mentioned Acting Judges of the High Court were appointed by His Ex. The President H. Pohamba on recommendation of the Judicial Service Commission for the following periods:
(a) Mr. Justice S.V. Mtambanengwe: 12 March 2007 to 13 April 2007;
(b) Mr. Justice J.O. Manyarara: 01 April 2007 to 29 February 2008;
(c) Mr. T.J. Frank, S.C.: 12 March 2007 to 13 April 2007, excluding 4 April 2007;
(d) Mr. C.J. Hinrichsen: 12 March 2007 to 15 April 2007; and
(e) Mr. Arthur Pickering: 12 March 2007 to 15 April 2007.
