Portuguese "take over" Consulate

The Consulate of Portugal in Namibia was “taken over” by upset Portuguese in Windhoek, who defied any orders to leave the premises and in fact stressed that they would not leave until “our Government reverses the decision to close the Embassy”. One of the demonstrators was Manuel Coelho, who represents Namibia‘s Portuguese community in  his home country.
