Dear Rector of the Polytechnic of Namibia
Dear CEO of the Windhoek Municipality
Dear “Whoever might be responsible.,
Why are your/our students exposed to unnecessary risks?
The location: Brahms street , between Verdi and Johan Albrecht streets.
The time: Daily from 7:30 to 20:30
Why are hundreds of Polytechnic Students forced to walk on the street, during the changes of classes, being endangered by dozens of Taxis?
Why does nobody bother to fix up both sidewalks so that pedestrians can make use of them?
Why are the cut-offs from the shrubs and palmtrees not removed , forcing the students to walk on the street.
Is it really necessary that somebody is really hurt before anything is done?
I have had meetings with the Traffic Police and a City Councilor: Nothing happened up to today.
Please do something.
R.G.Iben
