Karibib FA will hold its centenary festivities on June 16, 2007 at 17:30 for 18:00 at the Karibib Klippenberg Country Club. On the programme is a centenary dinner with dance. Guest speakers are the German Ambassador, Mr Freiherr Arne von Kittlitz, the Governor of the Erongo Region, Mr S Nuuyoma, the president of the NAU, Mr Raimar von Hase, the Chief Executive Officer of Agra, Mr Peter Kazmaier and the Chairman of the Karibib FA, Dr H Schneider. Seats are reserved and the costs are N$150 per person. There are a limited number of seats and the contact person is Mrs. Ingrid Lohmann, 081 1284851.
A centenary commemorative date stamp will also be issued by NamPost and a book with the title “100th Anniversary of the Karibib Farmers’ Association – Farmerverein – Boerevereniging and the History of Agricultural Development of the Karibib District” written by Dr Schneider will be released.
