SKW Gymnastics Academy is going to hold its annual Club Competition on Friday, 1st of June and Saturday, 2nd of June 2007 at SKW Hall in Windhoek. On Friday, the artistic gymnasts will open the competition at 14h30, prize giving will be at 16h00. Saturday morning the Level 3 girls of the rhythmic gymnastics section will compete at 9h45 followed by the club’s top rhythmic girls at 10h30. Spectators can expect a colourful show of high standard routines as some of the gymnasts already attended the International Inter-Club Competition in Stellen-bosch in March this year. Among them are the two top ranking gymnasts in Namibia, 14 year old Nicole Bierbach and Mirja Stoldt, who also competed in the prestigious World Cup Series Junior Competition of the International Gymnastics Federation in Portimao, Portugal at the end of April 2007. 
After the lunch break, the tumbling competition for boys and girls will take place from 12h45 until 13h15 followed by rhythmic gymnastics levels 1, 2, 4 and 5.
Spectators are welcome. This club competition serves to introduce any interested person to the different gymnastic codes at SKW Gymnastics Academy as well as to prepare gymnasts and judges for upcoming competitions.
