Managing Director, Olusegun Adebanji resigned from Namibia Breweries with effect from 3 September 2007.
He left the company after two and half successful years during which he turned around the fortunes of NBL with the support and assistance of the Board, management and the workforce. Mr Adebanji was due to leave NBL in January 2008 but tendered his resignation earlier due to personal reasons. Chairman Sven Thieme said: „Having joined NBL in March 2005 from our strategic partner Heineken International in Amsterdam, Segun has brought NBL closer to becoming a world class company and it was a pleasure to work with him.“
