Due to incorrect reporting in several newspapers on the above fundraising project, and to prevent confusion with the general public, we would like to issue you with the correct information regarding the format this year’s project has adopted.
You will recall that over the past 7 years this project was done in cooperation with supporting coffee shops and restaurants.
However, after careful revisiting and consideration it was decided that this year a different format would be adopted.
MTC and the Cancer Association of Namibia request all businesses, embassies, sports clubs, communities, women’s clubs, churches, schools and individuals to host their own Cup for Cancer and challenge other orga-nizations, departments, individuals to better your efforts.
By supporting this project you will directly contribute to the Cancer Association of Namibia who has over the past 29 years supported (physically, emotionally and finan-cially) cancer patients in Namibia.
We take this opportunity to thank all media in Namibia who has given us their unconditional support in the past and also with this project.
