Hotel Thule introduces Platinum and Gold Benefits Wednesday 9th of July 2008 n the past 2 years a lot of developments took place at Hotel Thule. Owners and management decided on the implementation of a new hotel policy, moving away from the previously busy function and banqueting business to concentrate on increasing the room occu-pancy, since 11 additional rooms were build, bringing the number of rooms from 14 to 25. The reception area was completely re-vamped and the latest upgrade was the closing off of the terrace with sliding windows, allowing guests to enjoy dinner and the magnificent views from the terrace all year round. The “old” rooms are currently in the process of being completely refurbished. back To compliment all the changes and upgrades, an excellent management team, together with trained and motivated staff is committed to offer guests excellent cuisine, profes-sional service and a memorable stay at Hotel Thule. Lately, Hotel Thule took pride in launching two of their newly developed concepts, being the Platinum Resident Loyalty and the Gold Resident Incentive Portfolios. PLATINUM Resident Loyalty Portfolio 2008 The “Platinum Resident “is a loyalty program offering special rates and various other benefits to selected, individual cor-porate clients. Platinum Resident Mem-bership will only be given to selected individual guest at the discretion of management of Hotel Thule. The criterion for selection is based on the business generated by the guests. Platinum Resident Benefits: a.25% Discount on all accommodation bookings at Hotel Thule b.15% Discount on all Meals and Drinks at Hotel Thule c.15% Discount on Airport Transfers booked by Hotel Thule (contracted Shuttle Company only) d.Special Gift in room upon arrival at Hotel Thule e.Reserved Resident Parking at Hotel Thule f.After accumulation of 30 bednights spent at Hotel Thule (from date of issue of Card), the Cardholder will receive a voucher for a free Weekend (2 nights accommodation for 2 persons) at Hotel Thule – including some exiting activities from other service providers! i.e. Choice of Daytrip to GocheGanas (Wellness Lodge) or Okapuka Game Ranch (Lion Feed or Game Drive) g.20% Discount at the Hansa Hotel in Swakop-mund GOLD Resident Incentive Portfolio 2008 The “Gold Resident” is an incentive program with the aim to offering affordable accommodation in an up-market accommodation establishment to individual Namibian Citizens and Permanent Resident Hol-ders only. Gold Resident Membership can be obtained on application. Gold Resident Benefits: a.50% Discount on Accommodation for weekends only (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) b.20% Discount on Accommodation during weekdays (Monday to Thursday) c. 20% Discount on Food & Beverage (Fridays and Saturdays only) d.Any other occasional specials and benefits will be communicated to Card Holders throughout the year Application Procedures: ·An application form for Gold Resident Membership Form can be requested from Mr. Hyman at Hotel Thule. ·This form must be completed and returned together with a proof of Citizenship. ·An annual membership fee of N$ 250.00 is payable together with the appli-cation. ·After the details have been processed, the applicant will be contacted by Management of Hotel Thule. ·The applicant will receive a membership card by mail, or during the next visit to Hotel Thule.
