Bad news for motorists is that the petrol price was again increased as from July 8, 2008. The expectation was that petrol would increase by N$0,75 per liter and diesel by N$0,66 per liter. This represents an increase of 8% and 6,2% respectively. The petrol price now touches N$10,00 per liter and the diesel price N$12 per liter. The latest merchandising of raw oil on the world martkets was US$146 per barrel.
