HOCKEY

In two league matches played recently our ladies reserve side beat Windhoek Old Boys Sports Club 1:0 with Monika Ihms scoring the solitary goal whilst the Men’s reserve side also beat WOBSC 3:2. Here the goalscorers were Steven Chase and T Dreyer (2). Well done!

Last Friday we lost 2:4 to current logleaders SKW I. A penalty was missed in the first half, a mistake for which we paid dearly. Rudi Louw scored both goals for Ramblers in a fast and entertaining match. Veteran goalkeeper Uwe Wolff was in good form for Ramblers. This Friday we are playing Cymot at 19H00 at the SKW field.

LADIES SOCCER The ladies played three league games last weekend of which two were won in most convincing fashion while we lost to Civics who basically comprise the National team. Our ladies are currently placed second on the log!

JUNIOR SOCCER

We are calling on all fathers to bring their sons to the third informal kicking session this Sunday at 10H00 at the Ramblers field.

A bring and braai will be held afterwards.

The monthly VIP draw takes place this coming Friday at 19H00. More than N$ 3000 are once again at stake and "dronk hoender" is on the menu. This is the final draw of the current VIP round, see you all there!

The formula one event last Sunday was enjoyed by close to fifty people!
