Between the 16 and the 29 of February 2004, Dr. Helmer Vogel of the University of Würzburg will be available to NATH for further courses to qualify as lecturer in the tourism industry and to qualify as certified NATH lecturers for NATH and other tourism related courses.

These courses emphasize the teaching methodology in tourism and its related subjects (not on subject-knowledge related matters). Planning and evaluating a training unit as well as presentation activities are only a few of the skills being thought.

Our aim to help all people involved in tourism to accomplish accreditation and better qualification is challenged by the availability of facilitators and lecturers for courses at all levels. In future, even more courses will be offered at Lodges, Hotels, Communities, Towns, campsites, shuttle services, …… throughout the country.

NATH therefore invites people to participate at these courses, who can fulfill at least one of the following:

·Active in the tourism industry,

·Experiences in lecturing tourism or related topics

·Possesses a NATH badge

·Are responsible for human resource development in a tourism company

Prerequisites for this course are:

·The ability to speak und understand English

·A love of the country

·An understanding of the importance of striving for excellent service in the industry

A "Trainer" certificate will be handed to all future lecturers who attend and pass the course test, as set out by Dr. Vogel in cooperation with NATH.
