The opening of parliament in Windhoek in Wednesday again was a colourful occasion, with the NDF 21st Presidential Guard Battalion in their parade uniforms displaying their drills. The photo shows President Nujoma, who is also the commander-in-chief of the NDF, inspecting the guard of honour infront of the Tintenpalast.
