WINDHOEK OPTICS RAMBLERS Our guys travelled to the North last weekend where they lost to Oshakati City on Saturday under most dubious circumstances 2:4. Captain Michael Pienaar scored both goals for Windhoek Optics Ramblers.

On Sunday we managed a 1:1 draw against Benfica in Tsumeb with Costa Khaiseb doing the honours for Ramblers.

This weekend we are travelling to Otjiwarongo for our final league game of the season when we face Life Fighters at 14H00 in the Mokati Stadium.

HOCKEY The following results in the Night League have been received:

The Mens team beat Wanderers 4:0 with Reagon Craig (2), Coenie Wessels and Grant Connor ‘O Smith. Good play by Reagon, Coenie and all the youngster.

Our Ladies team beat Wanderers 2:0 with Anke Haensel and Yolande Fourie the goalscorers.

This was a very good team effort by Dagmar Räntsch, Monika Ihms, Candice Coetzee, Magda Steenkamp, Jackie Gertse, Silke Pennefather, Anke Haensel and Yolande Fourie.

Chantelle Frewer was not at the Club last Friday night at 19H00 to claim the jackpot of N$100. The weekly jackpot for this Friday climbs to N$ 200 accordingly.
