At the AGM of the Namibia Chess Federation on 28 June 2004 the following Executive Committee was elected:

President: Max Nitzborn

Vice-President: Günter Horsthemke

Treasurer: Otto Leicher

Secretary: Charles Eichab

Tournament Directors: Helmuth Leicher, Hans-Jürgen Schäfer, Werner Tjipueja and Hans Feddersen. Charles Eichab will represent the NCF at the NSSU.
