The race starts at 14:00 in front of the Municipal Office. Entries start 13:00 at the Start. The prize-giving and supper is at 17:00 in the Lions Club hall. C + G Motors in Mariental will give a refund of N$100 to athletes from outside Mariental if they fill up at the Garage.

Categories and distances: Jnr./Snr./Vet. 5km run – 30km cycle – 5km run.

Beginners: 2.5km run – 10km cycle – 2,5km run

Iron Kids: 100m run – 500m cycle – 100m run

Under 8: 400m run – 1km cycle – 400m run

Under 10: 500m run – 2km cycle – 500m run

Under 12: 600m run – 3km cycle – 600m run.

All categories are open for men and ladies as individual or in a team. Prize-money is increased by 15% this year and there are lots of prizes to be won at a lucky draw during the prize-giving.
